Description
Hay gais! I got a great idea! Why not put Rigmarole and Morgan Daubenmire in the same room together!? What could possibly go wrong? 
Actually, there's a bigger point behind this comic, so let me do some explaining.
I've had
in my watch list for a few months now, but I only got around to taking a thorough look in her gallery, like, two or three days ago (I originally added her to my watch list so I could refer to her pictures later for anatomy, but had promptly forgotten about it since). Lo and behold, I meet Master Shapeshifter Morgan Daubenmire, who in every sense of the word is exactly the kind of character I was originally trying to develop with Rigmarole. I became incredibly dismayed the more I read about him, because with every picture he only sounded more like the character I was trying to make.
But while my misery gushed in all its emotional glory, I realized Rigmarole feels entirely in the contrary about this situation. If he and Daubenmire crossed paths, the two of them would probably be positively ecstatic with each other, rather than look at each other and assume the other's an inferior entity.
So then this happened...Pretty much sums it all up.
...My own character doesn't give two shits about the fact he doesn't have a story or any real frame of world to live in, beyond just forking his shenanigans onto me to deal with. What do I matter if he feels like he's got all his psychotic ducks in a row?
I must ask: how many of you thought I was basing Rigmarole off Daubenmire? Because I wasn't, I hope you know.
Aside from ongoing character problems, I must commend myself for drawing Daubenmire as well as I did, since I normally don't go outside the boundary of my usual pretty-boy face-types. Obviously I've never drawn him before, so it ain't perfect, but he definitely turned out well considering.
I'm not sure how tall Daubenmire is, actually, but I made him taller than Rigmarole, who I think I've finally put at 5'9.5" when he's not wearing heels. So if there's an error there, then blah.
Speaking of heels: Rigmarole, when the frick did you become so metro? I don't recall this being part of my original intention.

OH HOW FUNNY, we were JUST talking about this very thing! (Or I was. Talking at you. About this very thing. Similar ideas and stuff and how hard it actually is to copy a character.)
That aside for a sec, BWAHAHA! Morgan, you are looking 100% more pointy and wicked than usual and I know you are enjoying it as much as I am. LOVE that you got his mouth right, so much love. His crooked mouth is like his defining thing in my mind, and it's such a little silly thing, but to be fair, it's one of the only features he can consistently have as a compulsive shapeshifter. And his little raised pinky thar, wonderful. Morgan to a T.
Morgan would want to adopt Rigmarole solely on the basis of his being chaos, anarchy, and possessor of hair that could kill a man, though, in all honestly, if I came across Rigmarole randomly, I wouldn't have thought he looked like Daubenmire.
His nose is entirely too sensible, for one, he can probably breathe out of it and such.
Anyway. No worries, Rig is not setting off one single alarm bell for me. If they have a similar mischievous, prancing, cackling, mustache-twirling, I-enjoy-my-powers-far-too-much-for-legality sort of streak, they would not be alone, especially among chaos-themed characters. Go figure, there's something about wild abandon and freedom from rules that we tend to associate with fun. (And, go figure, you bring two chaos characters together and they almost always get a kick out of each other.)
Of course, I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that Rigmarole was not actually born a human farmer chick who killed and reanimated herself for super form-changing abilities, faked her death and traumatized her dear siblings, and went on to become a guerrilla-fighter stalker nightmare thing, murderer, and general public nuisance, before retiring and spending most of his time asleep curled up on his best friend's lap? I think we're cool. (:
What, may I ask, since I'm... like, obscenely late seeing this, IS Rigmarole's story? I'm guessing he must have one now?
I have Morgan pegged at 5'11", although it changes with his whims, of course. There is always the chance that he is wearing heels in this pic.
